Provides strategic technical advisory, hands-on proof-of-concept development, and project support while building trusted customer relationships. Collaborates with partners, account executives, customer success teams, and internal stakeholders. Mentors colleagues and translates complex technical concepts for IT and marketing audiences. Expertise may span SitecoreAI, XM/XP, Content Hub, CDP, Personalize, Search, headless technologies, containers, cloud platforms, infrastructure, DevOps, and integrations.
