Manage group-wide product enablement programs from roadmap through launch. Design certifications, training, demos, technical documentation, battlecards, e-learning, and sandbox labs for sales, implementation, and support teams. Coordinate with product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders across global regions, track readiness metrics, support release project delivery, and relay field feedback into product roadmaps. Use AI tools to scale learning assets and documentation.

Lead and scale the AI sales organization across Simpro’s 23,000+ customer base in ANZ. Own team quota, cross-selling and expansion revenue, sales operating rhythms, KPIs, playbooks, hiring, onboarding, coaching, pipeline management, and performance improvement. Partner with Account Management, Marketing, and Product to drive revenue and influence product priorities while representing AI Sales in revenue leadership discussions.

Develops and executes customer marketing, advocacy, referral, review, webinar, event, sponsorship, and customer content programs across APAC. Builds customer champion networks, strengthens engagement and retention, generates referrals, manages review platforms, localizes global campaigns, and reports on program performance. Partners with account management, sales, product, and global marketing stakeholders for Simpro and AroFlo.
