Manage the inventory, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and distribution of tools, parts, and materials. Support stocktakes, housekeeping, ordering, warehouse maintenance, and continuous improvement. Provide accurate customer service to internal and external stakeholders, maintain inventory records, follow safety and environmental procedures, and ensure tools and materials support workshop operations efficiently and reliably.

Develop and manage inventory and supply plans, analyze coverage and forecast accuracy, mitigate supply risks, and improve stock availability and service performance. The role serves as the supply planning subject matter expert, partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders to optimize stock turns, obsolescence, service levels, and customer outcomes. It also involves root cause analysis, maintenance planning input, reporting, and continuous improvement across supply chain operations.

Pick, pack, store, and dispatch warehouse materials accurately and efficiently. Participate in stocktakes, maintenance, and process improvement activities while following quality and workplace safety policies. Provide excellent customer service and use laptops, tablets, parts systems, and other technology. The role requires strong organization, communication, teamwork, time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Forklift licensing and warehouse, inventory, freight, logistics, parts operations, or hose technician experience are advantageous.
