Teams at Sime

Provides payroll and administrative support for operational teams, including processing timecards and leave requests, maintaining employee rosters, responding to payroll and Enterprise Agreement enquiries, supporting compliance and safety procedures, and completing general administrative tasks. The role requires at least one year of administration experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, ERP exposure, strong communication, and high attention to detail.

Leads enterprise supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment, supply planning, and IBP across a complex distribution network. Develops planning strategies, improves forecasting and systems, balances service, cost, working capital, and supply risk, and provides executives with scenario analysis and recommendations. Partners cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Commercial, Procurement, and Caterpillar while developing high-performing planning teams.

Coordinate Caterpillar remanufactured component orders, returns, tracking, receipting, and core compliance. Liaise with workshop, parts, service, logistics teams, suppliers, and customers to maintain efficient workflows and turnaround times. Investigate discrepancies, update records and systems, provide administrative support, and uphold safety, quality, and Caterpillar standards.
