Teams at Signify

Manage and grow relationships with electrical wholesalers and contractors across Eastern Victoria. Develop project-pipeline opportunities, promote lighting and connected lighting solutions, achieve sales targets, maintain CRM insights, coordinate internal teams, and represent Signify at customer and industry events. The role focuses on account growth, customer satisfaction, strategic selling, and long-term partnerships.

Processes and validates customer sales orders, including complex project orders with milestone delivery and billing schedules. Coordinates availability, delivery proposals, order status, and escalations across sales and fulfillment teams. Responds to customer inquiries, resolves order discrepancies, maintains accurate order books and customer master data, and reports order, delivery, sales, and stock information. Supports continuous improvement of order management processes.
