The Key Account Manager will drive sales growth, manage relationships with wholesalers, and promote lighting solutions across Eastern Victoria, focusing on customer satisfaction and profitability.

Design, verify and commission lighting control and connected systems. Produce technical designs, testing and handover documentation, manage commissioning partners, support proposals, resolve technical issues, and deliver customer training.

Manage strategic relationships with Certified System Integrator partners to grow the Dynalite and connected lighting portfolio. Deliver sales targets, negotiate contracts, drive technical collaboration and partner enablement, influence specifications with lighting design and construction stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain CRM and forecasts, gather market insights, and ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
