Capture and verify requirements, develop MBSE/UML/SysML models, decompose system designs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, improve tooling and automation, and report status and risks to program leadership to support customer programs and R&D.

Lead architecture, implementation, and operationalisation of high-performance, real-time and faster-than-real-time distributed simulation systems for mission autonomy. Deliver containerised simulation deployments, integrate defence simulation frameworks, support multi‑agent and system‑of‑systems scenarios, provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams, and enable CI/CD, test automation, and validated simulation environments for customer programs and R&D.

Assemble and integrate aerospace-grade camera pod systems, perform component and subsystem testing, manage incoming inspection and inventory, maintain build records and traceability, follow ISO9001/AS9100 quality processes, support prototyping, troubleshooting, rework, and continuous improvement across production workflows.
