Lead design, implementation, and integration of real-time and faster-than-real-time distributed simulation frameworks for mission autonomy of uncrewed aircraft. Develop high-performance C++ simulation software, integrate defence simulation tools (AFSIM/NGTS), deploy containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes), and lead multidisciplinary teams to support testing, CI/CD, HWIL/SWIL, and operational mission readiness.

Research, design, and implement state-of-the-art deep-learning perception capabilities for edge and non-edge platforms. Deploy and scale AI models on embedded devices, collaborate on AI tooling and MLOps, and contribute to R&D and publications.

Lead strategic sourcing for defense/aerospace electronics, develop and manage supplier base, negotiate long-term agreements, drive cost reduction and supplier performance reviews, ensure AS9100/FAI compliance, and partner cross-functionally to align material readiness, regulatory compliance (DFARS/ITAR), and supply risk mitigation.
