Lead end-to-end engineering talent acquisition across APJ, translating business priorities into hiring strategies and personally delivering complex senior engineering searches. Build and manage an in-house recruiting team, oversee RPO and external partners, develop specialized technical talent pipelines, improve assessment and candidate experience, and use recruiting analytics to guide decisions. The role requires navigating confidential, security-sensitive hiring environments and partnering closely with engineering leaders across autonomy, robotics, simulation, machine learning, and infrastructure.

Leads regional ICT strategy, infrastructure, cloud, network, identity, endpoint, vendor, and service operations for Shield AI’s Australian hub and Asia-Pacific/Middle East programs. Ensures sovereign data handling, export-control compliance, classified-environment access controls, cybersecurity, resilience, and accreditation. Manages a technical team, budget, vendors, IT assets, site deployments, executive support, and customer engagements while aligning Australian requirements with US enterprise standards.

Lead the architecture and development of human-machine interfaces for autonomous uncrewed systems. Build mission-planning, command-and-control, vehicle supervision, telemetry, mapping, alerting, and debrief applications using web and desktop technologies. Integrate frontend systems with C++ services, autonomy software, vehicles, simulation, payloads, video, and telemetry. Own capabilities from design through deployment and operational support, while leading reviews, debugging complex mission-system issues, mentoring engineers, and supporting integration, testing, flight activities, and customer demonstrations.
