Develop and maintain software for mission systems and support tools, including writing new code, fixing bugs, meeting schedules, and collaborating on application design. The role requires strong C++, JavaScript, and ReactJS skills, analytical problem-solving, software module development, source-code maintenance, and clear technical communication. Preferred experience includes GIS mapping, interactive map libraries, video processing, and frontend UI/UX design.

Designs and integrates systems across Hivemind Vision and Mission Autonomy stacks. Captures requirements, develops system architectures, creates SysML/UML/UPDM models, supports MBSE workflows, and connects system models with codebases. Collaborates with program leadership, design, development, integration, testing, product, and business development teams. Maintains systems engineering processes and reports project status, risks, and accomplishments to senior leadership.

Lead proactive talent discovery and market mapping across EMEA and APJ for Go-to-Market and Engineering roles. Build data-driven sourcing strategies, generate pipelines using advanced Boolean and niche platforms, engage passive and cleared candidates, coach recruiters and hiring managers, and partner with TA ops, branding, and university teams to optimize outreach and hiring outcomes.
