Lead national audit and certification operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient delivery. Manage audit teams, maintain accreditation compliance (JASANZ), monitor KPIs, support workforce planning and auditor capability, partner on P&L and cost management, drive continuous improvement, and act as escalation point for stakeholders while promoting HSE and service excellence.

Support delivery of GFSI-recognised food certification programs (FSSC 22000, BRCGS) by reviewing client documents, conducting technical reviews of audit reports and corrective actions, coordinating auditors and stakeholders, maintaining audit systems and documentation, and providing technical support and certification decision input to ensure standards compliance.
