Lead national audit and certification operations, manage audit teams to meet utilisation and quality targets, ensure accreditation compliance (e.g., JASANZ), drive KPI monitoring and continuous improvement, support workforce planning and auditor capability, partner on P&L and business growth, and promote HSE leadership and customer-focused service.

Coordinate supply chain and sustainability audit programs: schedule audits, manage reports and corrective actions, liaise with auditors, clients and internal teams, monitor KPIs, maintain records, respond to enquiries, and support sales and account teams to grow the audit business while following SGS policies.
