Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance across multiple defence bases: generate and adjust schedules, liaise with maintenance teams and contractors, maintain records in maintenance management software, and report to the Planning & Scheduling Manager. Role operates after-hours on a 7-day roster.

Manage end-to-end third-party audit program for Defence contracts: schedule audits, ensure audit-readiness, liaise with auditors, track and close non-conformances, report to stakeholders, and coordinate SME participation and resourcing.

Provide coordination and administrative support for Project Data Services close-outs and ongoing delivery across defence bases: prepare documentation, manage inboxes, ensure compliance, maintain records and document control, schedule meetings, and support PSS Managers to keep projects aligned and data secure.
