Coordinates workforce scheduling, work order allocation, customer access, inductions, approvals, field resources, compliance, databases, and scheduling progress reporting across multiple utility contracts. The role supports field teams and customers, maintains accurate administrative records, ensures contractual quality and safety standards, and contributes to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Lead the design, development, support, and integration of enterprise applications and platforms. Provide technical leadership, architecture input, code reviews, troubleshooting, mentoring, stakeholder engagement, and release management. Develop APIs and integrations across Boomi, SAP, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, EC Payroll, and internal systems while improving performance, security, scalability, and business processes.

Administer and optimise operational systems, reporting, dashboards, workflows and automations. Manage user access, data quality, governance records and business documentation while supporting process improvements, system rollouts, testing, training and operational change. Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical technology and process solutions, improve compliance and standardise ways of working across programs.
