Provide frontline and Level 2 technical support for end users across hardware, software, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 and digital workplace tools. Troubleshoot issues, escalate complex incidents, administer devices and enterprise applications, assist onboarding/offboarding, contribute to process improvements and knowledge base documentation, and deliver excellent customer service onsite.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and Delta tables using Microsoft Fabric and Python/Spark SQL. Optimize datasets for Power BI, monitor data quality, support CI/CD and deployments, manage Fabric performance and security, and document operational runbooks.

Lead customer and community engagement for Yarra Valley Water maintenance services. Develop communication strategies and materials, coordinate community notifications for works, manage stakeholder issues and escalations, support media/regulatory enquiries, and ensure integrated, consistent customer outcomes across operations and delivery partners.
