Responsibilities include discovery, research, workshops, prototyping, usability testing, experiment design, service blueprinting, systems mapping, and accessible UI design. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, Data Science, and Compliance teams to improve activation, repeat usage, and hiring outcomes across localized APAC experiences.
