Define product strategy, roadmap and OKRs; conduct research and prototyping; collaborate with stakeholders; measure performance and run experiments; and deliver product improvements to solve candidate and hirer needs.

The Principal Staff Engineer will lead technical direction for platform areas, solve complex delivery issues, uplift engineering standards, and coach teams while ensuring platform services align with technical strategy.
