Lead SEEK's Technology & Enablement talent acquisition and workforce planning across APAC. Build and coach a high-performing TA team, partner with senior leaders on hiring strategy, drive direct sourcing and reduce agency reliance, champion AI-enabled recruiting, and personally lead select senior hires. Use data and market insights to improve hiring quality, efficiency and organisational capability.

Design, build and operate SEEK's GCP platform: author Terraform modules, build CI/CD with Buildkite, manage GKE/IAM/VPC architectures, optimise costs, support Vertex AI/MLops, provide platform incident response and mentor engineering teams.
