The Manager/Senior Manager will lead teams in financial optimisation, value creation, and business development initiatives across various sectors. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, developing operating models, and coaching junior staff, with a focus on enhancing client financial performance.

Lead and grow the Workforce Capability team, deliver complex transformation programs across skills, employment and training; build stakeholder relationships; drive business development, strategic direction, resource planning, and capability uplift in change and workforce initiatives.

Provide technical accounting advice to public sector and for-purpose clients, interpret and implement AASB standards, support financial statement preparation, lead accounting assessments for major infrastructure and climate reporting, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development and technical capability building.
