Join a 12-month graduate consulting program supporting strategic, operational and financial performance improvement engagements. Responsibilities include research, data and financial analysis, benchmarking, operating model assessment, business case development, presentations and implementation roadmaps. The role involves collaborating with consultants, senior client leaders and multidisciplinary teams across public-purpose sectors, while developing strategic, commercial, financial, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Lead and deliver strategy, operating model design, and financial/performance improvement engagements. Identify value-creation opportunities, build business cases, design implementation roadmaps, manage senior stakeholders, grow the practice through business development, and coach junior staff.

Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver digital transformation advice, translate technical strategy into pragmatic solutions, plan workshops, conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, own workstreams, coach junior staff, and contribute to practice growth through proposals and IP development.

Lead and deliver Salesforce-enabled transformation programs for public sector clients. Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shape strategy and solutions, manage multi-disciplinary delivery teams, drive business development, ensure delivery quality, and coach consultants to build scalable, sustainable Salesforce outcomes.

Provide technical accounting advice to public sector and for-purpose clients, interpret and implement AASB standards, support financial statement preparation, lead accounting assessments for major infrastructure and climate reporting, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development and technical capability building.

Lead consulting engagements to deliver strategy and performance improvement: identify value-creation opportunities, develop strategic plans and target operating models, build business cases, drive implementation and benefits realisation, support business development, and coach junior staff.
