Teams at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL)

Provides basic testing, servicing, troubleshooting, and test infrastructure support for SEL products and processes under experienced staff direction. Communicates status to internal teams and customers, follows procedures, documents improvements, and develops proficiency in operations or R&D support disciplines. The role requires frequent customer and business travel, teamwork, technical documentation, and the ability to interpret electronic schematics and wiring diagrams.

Provides administrative support to project teams, including project setup, document control, communications, deliverable tracking, procurement, logistics, inventory traceability, shipment coordination, and invoicing. Maintains accurate project records and ensures documentation, billing inputs, customer portal submissions, and stakeholder responses are properly managed. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or ERP software is preferred.
