Leads APAC real-time crisis intelligence coverage by gathering, corroborating, prioritizing, and curating information from social media and other sources. Ensures timely, accurate alerts, manages at least two analysts, provides coaching and feedback, supports hiring and training, and assists with scheduling, operations, and cross-functional projects. The role requires regular weekend and public holiday shifts in a remote, high-pressure environment.
