Sell and expand Agentforce-powered Revenue Cloud solutions (CPQ, Billing, CLM) to enterprise customers. Advise finance/RevOps stakeholders, manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles to C-level, drive net-new business and revenue targets by mapping AI agent capabilities to Quote-to-Cash workflows.

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, secure backend and data-processing services on Kubernetes/AWS. Drive cross-team technical strategy, multi-tenant migrations, SLIs/SLOs, security, testing, telemetry, and mentor senior engineers while representing the team to executives and customers.

Serve as the single point of accountability for Signature customers, driving adoption of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, delivering ROI, managing renewals and expansion, advising stakeholders from developers to C-suite, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring technical health and incidents, and leveraging AI agents and prompt engineering to automate routine success tasks.
