Provide commercial legal support for ANZ sales, professional services and alliances: draft, review and negotiate contracts; support contracting/order processes; partner with privacy, security and compliance; handle contract disputes, compliance with AU/NZ law, training, and cross-regional projects.

Serve as the named Customer Success Manager for Signature customers, orchestrating onboarding through renewal. Coordinate multi-org, multi-cloud deliverables, align business and technical stakeholders, drive Customer Success Score metrics, manage escalations and red accounts, and partner across internal teams to deliver value and expansion.

The role involves driving sales revenue by managing relationships with strategic enterprise customers, completing all phases of the sales process, and collaborating with various teams to meet sales goals. Responsibilities include account management, territory planning, and maintaining customer relations to promote success and satisfaction.
