Graduate role in RSM’s Corporate Finance Transactions and Modelling teams. Responsibilities include valuations, financial modelling and forecasting, capital raising, independent expert and accountant reports, due diligence, financial investigations, company financial analysis, assignment administration, and expert witness reports. Candidates must have or be completing a Business or Commerce degree with an Accounting major, plus strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Lead and support end-to-end M&A and capital-raising transactions, prepare marketing materials, manage virtual data rooms, perform financial modelling and valuations, develop client relationships, assist deal origination, manage multiple engagements, and mentor junior team members.

Deliver business advisory and strategic outsourcing services including preparing financial statements, tax returns, management reports, reconciliations, payroll, BAS and superannuation reporting, resolving complex accounting and tax issues, client liaison, and producing clear workpapers and documentation.
