Deliver buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and transaction support for mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, capital markets transactions, and strategic reviews. Responsibilities include financial and operational analysis, management interviews, forecasting and financial model review, report and presentation preparation, client and stakeholder liaison, workstream management, and mentoring junior staff.

Develop and coordinate local and national marketing plans, budgets, campaigns, sponsorships, partnerships, events, and promotional content. The role works with partners, business leaders, local offices, communications, and the national marketing team to support business growth, strengthen brand consistency, manage web campaigns, and deliver networking initiatives.

Advises clients on M&A transactions, tax due diligence, transaction structuring, corporate restructuring, and complex corporate tax matters. Performs research and analysis of legislation and case law covering international tax, tax consolidation, thin capitalization, and debt deduction rules. The role also involves client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, mentoring, and supporting the growth of the M&A Tax offering.
