As a Senior Consultant, you'll manage internal audit and risk advisory engagements, guide junior staff, maintain client relationships, and contribute to business development.

The Financial Controller oversees RSM’s finance operations, including financial accounting, FP&A, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, taxation, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. The role leads the Workday Finance module, supports strategic initiatives, manages partner distributions and welfare calculations, coordinates team resourcing, and develops finance staff. It partners with senior business leaders to deliver financial insights, planning, and informed decision-making.

Provide indirect tax advisory, compliance and consulting across GST, stamp duty, fuel tax credits, customs and excise. Deliver tax governance, research legislation and case law, manage client relationships and engagements, implement AI/automation tools, mentor junior staff, support budgets and timelines, and contribute to business development and internal training.
