Leads solution architecture and technical delivery for industrial data engagements. Designs scalable architectures, data models, integrations, ingestion pipelines, APIs, and visualization workflows using industrial data platforms and cloud technologies. The role investigates complex issues, documents resolutions, collaborates with engineering and product teams, creates technical knowledge articles, mentors colleagues, and supports continuous improvement. Customer assistance is delivered through phone, chat, and electronic channels in a hybrid environment.

Provides Japanese-language technical support for Rockwell Automation and Allen-Bradley software and industrial automation systems. Troubleshoots customer issues via phone, chat, and email; documents resolutions; manages service tickets; develops product expertise; creates technical documentation; delivers internal knowledge sharing; and supports customer satisfaction improvements. The role focuses on PLC, SCADA, HMI, drives, motion, and industrial networking technologies in a hybrid work environment.
