Provide administrative support for higher degree by research (HDR) examinations, ensuring compliance with regulations and university policy; advise staff and researchers; resolve complex examination issues; troubleshoot processes; contribute to initiatives improving graduate researcher experience; support governance and quality assurance; manage stakeholder communications.

Work with university researchers to evaluate and apply existing AI tools (e.g., LLMs), build and deploy prototypes in cloud environments, produce technical documentation and user guides, and support adoption, integration, and ongoing support to scale practical AI solutions across disciplines.

Provide strategic and people leadership for the Data Science & AI Discipline, advancing research, teaching and industry engagement; shape discipline strategy, grow research programs and teams, contribute to curriculum and governance, and represent the discipline internally and externally.
