Administer and improve Canvas LMS operations across business and law programs. Coordinate course readiness, rollovers, enrolments, permissions, integrations, governance, and teaching-period go-lives. Resolve complex LMS issues, provide stakeholder training and specialist advice, analyze engagement data, and lead process improvement, automation, service innovation, and adoption of new technologies. The role collaborates with academic, operations, student experience, and IT teams to improve student engagement and success.

Translate First Nations digital inclusion research into accessible, culturally respectful communications across digital platforms, reports, social media, websites, and stakeholder materials. Create graphic designs, data visualisations, promotional content, and social media assets; support web content, events, engagement, and digital reporting. Work independently with researchers, project partners, and operations teams while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
