Manage investment tax implementation, foreign tax compliance, global reporting, custodian tax operations, tax data analytics, governance, and technology initiatives. The role oversees tax elections, filings, FATCA, CRS, withholding tax reclaims, country-by-country reporting, Pillar Two testing, and investment tax structures while supporting investment operations and maintaining controls, processes, and stakeholder relationships.

Design, develop and support solutions on the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, HRSD, IRM, TPRM, ITOM, CMDB and custom apps). Build workflows, automations and integrations, develop APIs/web services, troubleshoot defects, support testing and releases, maintain documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment to improve processes and user experience.
