Provides remote Service Desk and onsite end-user technology support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, connectivity, hardware, software, meeting room and collaboration technology; managing incidents and requests; supporting onboarding, offboarding and device lifecycles; maintaining documentation; collaborating with technology teams and vendors; and recommending service improvements.

Lead solution architecture for investment initiatives: translate business requirements into secure, scalable designs; produce architecture artefacts; guide engineering, data, security and vendor teams through delivery; ensure compliance with governance, security and regulatory needs; evaluate vendors; mitigate risks; and feed improvements back into architecture practices.

Source, research and recommend high-conviction Australian equity investments. Perform deep fundamental analysis and financial modelling, conduct primary research with management and industry contacts, monitor portfolio positions, advise on buy/hold/sell and position sizing, and contribute independent judgement within governance and risk frameworks.
