Outbound Sales Development Representative responsible for sourcing and qualifying B2B SaaS leads, booking meetings for Account Executives, communicating value propositions, cold calling, researching key stakeholders, and supporting the sales team. Must demonstrate AI and automation fluency and strong written and verbal English communication.

Manage APAC payroll operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing across countries. Lead and mentor the payroll team, oversee internal and external stakeholder relationships, maintain payroll provider partnerships, monitor international payroll regulations, and implement operational best practices, KPIs, and SLA metrics. The role requires strong regional or global payroll expertise, experience implementing payroll across multiple countries, proficiency with SAP and spreadsheet tools, and the ability to work effectively in an asynchronous international environment.
