Outbound SDR responsible for sourcing, engaging, qualifying and booking appointments with B2B prospects. Communicate Remote's value, support Account Executives, cold-call leads, research key players, and create target account lists.

Independently manage complex global offboarding and employee relations cases across APAC, ensuring legal compliance, high-quality client service, stakeholder coordination, documentation, HRIS processing, and mentoring junior team members. Drive process improvements, automation and AI initiatives to enhance lifecycle operations and customer experience.

Provide immigration compliance and global mobility support for APAC clients and employees: manage visa/work permit applications, monitor regulatory changes, handle escalations, advise on business travel and sponsorship, maintain case management and billing systems, build client relationships, and improve processes through automation and documentation.
