The Outbound Sales Development Representative will engage and qualify leads, book appointments for Account Executives, and communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects.

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you'll engage and qualify leads, support Account Executives, and promote Remote's HR solutions to prospects. You'll also create target prospect lists and manage outreach efforts.

Lead and scale APAC Sales Development by defining outbound strategy, managing SDR Managers and teams, driving pipeline generation, coaching leaders and SDRs, collaborating with Sales, Growth, RevOps and Enablement, hiring and developing talent, and reporting on metrics to improve SDR performance and processes.
