Owns regional customer security engagements across Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong. Responsibilities include leading security calls, completing questionnaires, managing Trust Center content, reviewing security contract language, advising enterprise customers, partnering with Sales and Product Management, shaping security roadmaps, and automating assurance workflows using AI. The role serves as the senior regional security escalation point and requires extensive information security, GRC, customer assurance, communication, and regulatory expertise.

Manage and grow a portfolio of ~50 government accounts focusing on retention, renewals, and expansion. Build stakeholder relationships, identify cross-sell/upsell, handle RFQs/RFPs/tenders, run demos and negotiations, maintain CRM and forecasts, and drive AI adoption to improve workflows and decision-making.

Drive adoption of LexisNexis Protege by building lawyer-to-lawyer relationships with senior legal stakeholders, delivering demos, translating workflow needs into AI-enabled solutions, supporting pre-sales pursuits, and capturing customer insights in CRM to inform product and engagement strategies.
