Deliver training and implement solutions for legal-sector clients, drive product adoption and engagement, identify sales opportunities, build stakeholder relationships, and plan learning activities to meet client needs while maintaining training records.

Owns regional customer security engagements across Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong. Responsibilities include leading security calls, completing questionnaires, managing Trust Center content, reviewing security contract language, advising enterprise customers, partnering with Sales and Product Management, shaping security roadmaps, and automating assurance workflows using AI. The role serves as the senior regional security escalation point and requires extensive information security, GRC, customer assurance, communication, and regulatory expertise.

Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 90 regulatory compliance customers. Drive retention, renewals, customer satisfaction, and upsell opportunities through relationship management, solution demonstrations, and consultative selling. Collaborate with product specialists, marketing, and internal stakeholders to identify customer needs and opportunities. Maintain sales pipelines, CRM records, forecasts, and performance against renewal and upsell targets.
