Coordinates events from initial enquiry through delivery across two hospitality venues. Responsibilities include client communication, venue tours, proposals, run sheets, function orders, supplier and entertainment coordination, event timelines, booking-system maintenance, setup and pack-down, and on-site event-day management. The role manages multiple events concurrently, collaborates with kitchen, bar, front-of-house and leadership teams, gathers feedback, and supports continued growth of the events offering. Flexibility for nights, weekends and public holidays is required.

Manage end-to-end fortnightly payroll across multiple hospitality venues and support office teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian payroll legislation, Modern Awards, employment agreements, and company policies. Provide HR advice on employee relations, performance management, workplace matters, investigations, onboarding, probation, documentation, and offboarding. Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations, maintain confidential records, support engagement initiatives, and improve HR and payroll processes and systems.

Oversee daily gaming operations, lead and develop gaming staff, manage rosters and performance, maintain gaming and liquor compliance, handle cash and equipment audits, support security and asset protection, resolve guest issues, and collaborate with venue leadership to improve operational performance and guest satisfaction.

Lead pre-opening and day-to-day operations of a multi-level venue, recruit and develop FOH/BOH teams, manage rostering, payroll, inventory, compliance (licensing, WHS, gaming), support financial performance and menu/campaign rollout, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
