Owns enterprise cloud sales strategy and execution across an assigned territory. Identifies cloud adoption opportunities, structures complex marketplace and managed-service deals, manages negotiations, and drives contract closure. Builds co-sell relationships with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, system integrators, and resellers. Partners with sales, solution architecture, marketing, and customer success teams to grow pipeline, forecast accurately, accelerate deployment, and increase cloud consumption. Advises enterprise sales teams on cloud economics, marketplace opportunities, and hyperscaler engagement models.

As an OpenShift Consultant, you'll implement enterprise-scale container solutions, manage projects, and support multiple industries while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Lead enterprise OpenShift and cloud-native solution delivery, including discovery sessions, architecture design, implementation planning, customer expectation management, and pre-sales support. Mentor technical teams, communicate architecture and project status to stakeholders, support hiring assessments and promotion panels, and contribute to Red Hat’s consulting practice. The role requires strong expertise in Kubernetes, container security, automation, storage, and related Red Hat technologies.

The Customer Support Specialist will assist Japanese-speaking enterprise customers with account management, provide effective communication, resolve issues, and contribute to the knowledge base.

The Customer Site Reliability Engineer (CSRE) ensures service reliability and performance, manages complex systems, leads customer escalations, and collaborates with teams to improve service stability and delivery through automation and incident response.
