Design and deliver persona-led training for a new CRM and billing platform during a major business transformation. Facilitate engaging workshops, build change leadership capability, advise stakeholders, evaluate learning effectiveness, and adapt strategies amid evolving project scope. The role requires strong adult learning, instructional design, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and technology-platform training experience, plus travel to an offshore contact centre.

Handle inbound customer enquiries from prospective Red Energy customers, build rapport, explain gas and electricity offerings, tailor sales conversations, and convert prospects into new customers. The role requires strong communication, customer service, self-motivation, and willingness to learn. It includes three weeks of in-person training, uncapped commission, rotating weekday and occasional Saturday shifts, and hybrid work after eight weeks.
