Lead the end-to-end design, development, implementation, and evaluation of enterprise learning programs. Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to address strategic capability needs, facilitate workshops for senior audiences, coach L&D consultants, and use analytics and feedback to optimize scalable learning solutions aligned with compliance, safety, and operational excellence.

Administer, monitor, maintain, secure, and optimize database systems within Enterprise Operations. Develop database processes, standards, policies, tools, and product offerings while ensuring performance and cybersecurity. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver reliable technology solutions and improve the end-user experience. The role requires strong SQL Server expertise, including high availability, integration and analysis services, Power BI, PowerShell, T-SQL, SQL internals, query tuning, and performance monitoring.

Analyze and improve electricity product pricing frameworks, monitor costs, competition, and regulatory changes, and maintain pricing assumptions for commercial forecasting. Build pricing and financial models, develop reports, present insights to stakeholders, support month-end reporting, and coordinate accurate price implementation with operational teams. The role collaborates across pricing, finance, sales, reporting, development, and operations teams on high-visibility pricing and budgeting initiatives.

Handle high-volume customer calls, resolve complex enquiries, de-escalate difficult situations, investigate account issues, and provide fair solutions. Use multiple computer systems to update customer accounts while maintaining regulatory compliance. Explain complex energy information clearly, build customer trust, and adapt to changing processes. The role includes seven weeks of paid office training followed by a hybrid schedule, with occasional Saturday shifts.

Market Analyst responsible for extracting and analyzing consumer and market data, developing pricing tools and decision-support applications, maintaining business rules, and managing data pipelines for retail metrics. The role translates business specifications into scalable analytical solutions, provides actionable insights to stakeholders, and continuously improves pricing methodologies and reporting frameworks. This is an 18-month fixed-term hybrid contract based in Melbourne.

Use SQL and Power BI to deliver forward-looking revenue forecasting, budgeting, and customer-level analytics. Provide cost-to-serve and margin analysis, translate data science insights into commercial recommendations, support pricing, product launches, and time-of-use consumption analytics for the retail energy portfolio.

Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for web experiences, run discovery and user research, create wireframes and high-fidelity designs, build scalable Figma component libraries and design tokens for Contentful, run UX audits and A/B testing, inform the digital roadmap, and establish UX/UI capability and mentoring frameworks.

Handle inbound calls from prospective customers to sell gas and electricity plans, build rapport, tailor sales approach, meet targets, and deliver high-level customer service within a rotating roster.
