Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for web experiences, run discovery and user research, create wireframes and high-fidelity designs, build scalable Figma component libraries and design tokens for Contentful, run UX audits and A/B testing, inform the digital roadmap, and establish UX/UI capability and mentoring frameworks.

Handle inbound calls from prospective customers to sell gas and electricity plans, build rapport, tailor sales approach, meet targets, and deliver high-level customer service within a rotating roster.

Provide risk advisory across the business, drive workshops, support Risk & Resilience frameworks, facilitate incident investigations, identify and mitigate risks, and partner with stakeholders to uplift enterprise risk culture.

Manage and optimise on-prem SQL Server systems, design and run hybrid ETL/ELT pipelines to AWS/GCP, integrate SaaS APIs (e.g., Genesys), tune query performance, implement orchestration (MS Agent), and ensure secure, governed data movement.

Handle high volumes of complex customer enquiries by phone, de-escalate tense situations, investigate account issues across multiple systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver clear, empathetic communication and practical resolutions while working in a hybrid rostered environment.
