Front-of-house role providing reception and workplace support for REA staff and visitors. Manage calls, emails, Slack, visitor systems, facilities upkeep, tickets, events, and assist workplace, WHS and sustainability initiatives. On-site 12-month fixed-term in Melbourne.

Lead engineering for Data & AI within Financial Services, shaping strategy, building scalable data platforms, ensuring operational excellence, governance and responsible AI adoption. Partner with Product and Architecture, hire and grow leaders, coordinate multi-team delivery and support cross-functional programs.

Lead discovery, prioritisation and delivery of self‑service data platform capabilities to enable a federated data operating model. Own roadmap, partner with engineering and data teams, embed governance, improve usability, scalability, data quality and adoption, and track success metrics for platform capabilities supporting data and AI use cases.
