Investigate and respond to fraud and privacy incidents, manage governance processes and incoming enquiries, escalate risks to Risk/Legal/Security, and collaborate with stakeholders to protect customers and improve controls while delivering excellent customer interactions.

Lead discovery, prioritisation and delivery of self‑service data platform capabilities to enable a federated data operating model. Own roadmap, partner with engineering and data teams, embed governance, improve usability, scalability, data quality and adoption, and track success metrics for platform capabilities supporting data and AI use cases.

Design, build and maintain data pipelines, models and APIs across ingestion, transformation and consumption. Lead technical design and architecture, resolve data quality and performance issues, support production with monitoring and automation, and mentor engineers. Work with Airflow/Breeze, BigQuery, Kafka, TypeScript/Node or Python, and cloud/DevOps tooling to deliver reliable, scalable property data platforms and APIs.
