Manage the migration of lifecycle campaigns from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Braze, focusing on B2B customer journeys for real estate agencies and agents. Responsibilities include audience targeting, campaign development, personalization, testing, scheduling, launch management, performance analysis, and optimization. The role collaborates cross-functionally to prioritize campaigns, maintain customer journey continuity, identify opportunities, and improve engagement and conversion through data-driven experimentation.
