Design customer-focused digital products for REA’s advertising and value platforms. Responsibilities include user research, sketching, prototyping, UI, motion and interaction design, accessibility validation, workshop facilitation, stakeholder collaboration, and iterative delivery with Product and Engineering teams. The role also involves applying systems thinking, maintaining alignment with REA’s design system, and creating usable, desirable, and commercially feasible solutions in an agile environment.

Contributes to the full software development lifecycle, including designing, coding, testing, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting secure and scalable systems. Develops automated tests, participates in code reviews and agile ceremonies, resolves defects, supports production reliability, documents technical work, and collaborates with product, design, and business stakeholders. The role also emphasizes continuous learning, effective communication, and adherence to engineering, security, compliance, and change-management standards.

Manage and optimize B2B customer lifecycle marketing campaigns and personalized journeys across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze. Responsibilities include solution design, campaign builds, data management, platform administration, QA, deliverability, compliance, documentation, stakeholder management, process improvement, and technical support. The role also contributes to Braze migration activities, trains marketing teams, supports agile delivery, and develops scalable CRM and marketing automation solutions.
