Supports Ray White’s Economics function by analyzing and modeling Australian and New Zealand property-market datasets. Responsibilities include developing statistical models and forecasts, building automated data pipelines, integrating APIs, conducting quantitative market research, validating data, creating dashboards, and communicating insights to executives, corporate teams, offices, and journalists.

Manage lender accreditation processes for new and existing brokers, including preparing, coordinating, submitting, and tracking documentation. Maintain accurate accreditation data and lender forms in CRM systems, respond to shared inboxes and calls, support broker onboarding, communicate process changes, and collaborate with lenders and internal teams to improve accreditation workflows.

Supports implementation of commercial finance strategy by enabling, coaching, and training brokers; promoting referral programs and technology solutions; recruiting commercial finance businesses; engaging lender partners; and advising brokers on commercial lending scenarios. The role builds stakeholder relationships, supports business diversification, facilitates professional development, and drives commercial finance capability growth across the broker network.
