Lead development and maintenance of integrated project schedules and risk management for offshore wind projects. Facilitate risk workshops, perform qualitative and quantitative (Monte Carlo) schedule and cost risk analyses, define project controls frameworks, support FID and executive reporting, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to business development and continuous improvement of methodologies and digital tools.
