The product actually does what marketing says it will. It's rare to be able to underpromise and overdeliver this consistently. On top of the product solving real business problems our customers are some of the strongest advocates I've seen.

This company really puts in an effort to make changes for the better, listening to the employees. As someone who has worked with several companies, it's quite refreshing how open to conversation, change, and improvement this company is.

One of the exciting parts about working at Quantum Metric is we don’t work in silos. The Product Support team is at the center of all the action. We collaborate every day with Product, Engineering, Cloud Ops, Customer Success, Marketing....you name it. It really feels like one big team.

I integrate with the team regularly. People can reach out to me any time if they need me; they have my phone number. I care about our people and this company.

Advice to Management Culture for the sake of culture never works - at QM, it's genuine so please keep it that way!
