Lead lifecycle and retention marketing to drive repeat purchases and lifetime value. Analyse customer cohorts and repurchase behaviour, build segmentation and automated Klaviyo flows, run email and SMS campaigns, manage deliverability and database health, and partner with commercial and development teams to ensure data-driven, compliant lifecycle programs.

Develop and execute mechanical and electronic product validation tests, create test plans, build testing jigs and fixtures, operate laboratory and workshop equipment, collect and analyze data, assess results, and present findings. The role collaborates with design and manufacturing teams across multiple projects and maintains laboratory and workshop organization.

Lead Quad Lock’s end-to-end social media function: set strategy, manage content calendar, partnerships and influencer programs, oversee community management, reporting and analytics, and build a high-performing social team while collaborating with creative and comms.
