The Senior Privacy Lead at QBE will shape and drive the privacy strategy, ensuring compliance and governance while advising business leaders on privacy risk management.

Manage end-to-end complaints and dispute resolution for general insurance products: assess, investigate and analyse policies, legislation and evidence; provide SME support to claims and underwriting; ensure compliance with law and the General Insurance Code of Practice; identify systemic issues and recommend process, product and service improvements while managing stakeholder relationships to deliver fair outcomes.

Provide high-trust executive support to the Chief Talent Officer: manage complex diary, inbox, travel, produce confidential materials and presentations, coordinate leadership forums, build stakeholder relationships, and drive process improvements to increase administrative efficiency.

Lead governance and continuous improvement of job architecture and skills frameworks. Manage projects end-to-end, partner with Technology and Data to improve HR system capability, enhance data quality and enable AI-driven workforce solutions. Engage stakeholders to ensure frameworks remain market-relevant and support workforce decision-making.

Use people and financial data to produce insights, dashboards and scenario models that inform workforce strategy and transformation. Analyse workforce capacity, skills, role mix, and future needs while partnering with stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting.

Partner with business leaders to translate complex problems into analytical frameworks, deliver data-driven insights and visualisations, lead end-to-end analytical projects, and manage a team to improve portfolio performance and strategic decision-making.

Lead and deliver the SME digital strategy and roadmap, prioritising initiatives across Product, Technology and Distribution. Drive broker-focused digital solutions, measure outcomes, and continuously improve through data, user feedback and stakeholder collaboration to support SME growth and operational efficiency.

Partner with People and business stakeholders to extract and analyse workforce data using advanced SQL, delivering dashboards and insight-led reporting (Power BI, Excel). Support analytics platform evolution, automation, data governance, and influence workforce decisions through actionable HR insights.
