Manage and optimise inventory footprint across Jetstar group to meet availability, cost and performance targets. Perform end-to-end inventory planning, cost control, forecasting for aircraft parts, collaborate with stations, suppliers and customers, maintain system integrity through data analysis, visualisation and reporting, and support inventory substitutions.

Provide HR generalist support to corporate and operations leaders, advise on performance and conduct, deliver annual people programs, manage employee lifecycle processes, support talent and engagement initiatives, lead HR coordination for events, and improve HR processes and employee experience.

Work with product owners, stakeholders, delivery teams and vendors to discover, prioritise and deliver digital features using BA techniques and Agile (Scrum). Manage squad backlog, facilitate Agile ceremonies, identify risks and support delivery on time and budget.
