Responsible for financial control of engineering, inventory and fixed assets: monthly reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, CAPEX reporting, reviewing outsourced work, supporting FP&A variance analysis, and driving process improvements and control initiatives.

Lead compliance, governance and safety activities across Operations Delivery. Manage audits, facilitate governance forums, deliver reporting and insights, partner with leaders to manage risk, drive continuous improvement, and represent the function during occasional domestic and international audits and stakeholder engagement.

Lead implementation and maturation of Automated Quality Management across contact centre operations. Use automation, analytics and AI-enabled conversational insights to improve customer experience, compliance, coaching effectiveness and governance. Drive quality frameworks, calibration, performance scorecards, trend analysis and continuous improvement with stakeholders and outsourced partners.
