Lead localization and execution of sales enablement programs for Japan. Partner with sales leaders to identify capability gaps, localize and deliver onboarding, ramping, and reinforcement, use AI-enabled tools to scale content, measure adoption and outcomes, and drive behavior change and sales productivity locally.

Pre-sales Systems Engineer responsible for driving adoption of EverPURE storage solutions with enterprise accounts. Work with sales, partners, and customers to design architectures, run evaluations/benchmarks, respond to RFP/RFI, present technical solutions, and support interoperability, performance testing, and go-to-market materials.

Identify and engage net-new enterprise opportunities and qualify inbound leads for Account Executives. Collaborate with field sales, channel, and marketing; conduct account research; use sales enablement tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive pipeline progression; and stay informed on market and competitor trends.
