Leads technical pre-sales for enterprise data management solutions, including discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, executive briefings, RFP responses, and partner enablement. Translates customer requirements involving cloud infrastructure, data security, governance, privacy, and compliance into measurable business outcomes. Collaborates with sales, product, engineering, marketing, customer success, and channel partners throughout complex enterprise sales cycles.

Own technical outcomes for high-value enterprise FlashArray customers. Lead complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, escalations, upgrades, maintenance, and change control across storage hardware, Purity, operating systems, networking, replication, capacity, availability, and performance. Serve as the dedicated technical authority, coordinate with customer engineering teams and internal support and engineering groups, and improve account health, system stability, and support knowledge.

Provides strategic executive support to the AVP and ANZ sales leadership team. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, travel itineraries, executive meetings, KPIs, action-item follow-up, regional events, stakeholder communications, expense reports, purchase orders, budgets, presentations, and executive reporting. The role is primarily office-based in Melbourne and requires discretion, organization, business acumen, and strong communication skills.
