Own technical outcomes for high-value enterprise FlashArray customers. Lead complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, escalations, upgrades, maintenance, and change control across storage hardware, Purity, operating systems, networking, replication, capacity, availability, and performance. Serve as the dedicated technical authority, coordinate with customer engineering teams and internal support and engineering groups, and improve account health, system stability, and support knowledge.

The role is primarily office-based in Melbourne and requires discretion, organization, business acumen, and strong communication skills.

Designs and delivers complex data infrastructure and Professional Services solutions across ANZ, specializing in data migration, replication, clustering, disaster recovery, and business continuity. Acts as a technical advisor throughout pre- and post-sales engagements, leads customer evaluations and POCs, automates integrations using scripting and APIs, and contributes to RFPs and RFQs. Requires advanced expertise in storage, operating systems, virtualization, networking, cloud offerings, and multi-vendor data center environments.
