Advises senior leaders, develops risk frameworks and action plans, monitors regulatory requirements, conducts reviews and audits, strengthens operational controls, and promotes a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Supports integrated marketing campaigns across Running, Training, and Teamsport in Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include campaign execution, partnership and sponsorship coordination, seasonal go-to-market planning, social content calendars, asset distribution, events, product allocation, budget tracking, and agency coordination. The role requires strong organisation, communication, project management, and marketing skills, with a focus on consumer engagement and sports culture.

Partner with corporate and retail leaders across Australia and New Zealand on talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance, succession, development, and employee lifecycle activities. Lead end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, coach managers, support investigations and workplace compliance, and maintain accurate HR administration, reporting, and documentation.
