Manage inventory allocation and replenishment across PUMA’s retail store network. Analyze sales, inventory, demand, and stock-health metrics to allocate products, resolve shortages and overstock risks, support launches and seasonal campaigns, and improve stock availability and profitability. Collaborate with planning, merchandising, retail, logistics, and stores while producing performance reports and contributing to process improvements.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, financial modeling, performance analysis, and commercial insights for PUMA’s Wholesale and COBRA PUMA Golf businesses. Partner with senior leaders across sales, marketing, operations, and finance to identify risks, evaluate investments, improve reporting, and influence profitable growth. Provide executive reporting, customer profitability analysis, scenario planning, and governance over marketing investments while progressively assuming financial ownership of the golf division.

Develops Power BI dashboards, gathers stakeholder requirements, analyzes business metrics, and delivers actionable insights. Leads BI projects, mentors junior team members, maintains documentation and process compliance, supports data automation, and collaborates with IT and business solutions teams on data initiatives. Requires advanced Excel and SQL skills, expert Power BI knowledge, large dataset experience, and strong stakeholder and team management capabilities.
