Lead and mentor a team developing quantum applications software. Oversee simulators, resource estimation frameworks, compilation pipelines, and application integrations while remaining hands-on with software design, development, deployment, testing, and code quality. Collaborate with quantum architects, algorithm researchers, and engineering teams to support fault-tolerant quantum computing, scalable infrastructure, and real-world applications. Drive execution, resolve blockers, and deliver reliable tools for quantum algorithm development.

Leads finance business partnership for PsiQuantum’s Australian site development, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness. Oversees capital planning, forecasts, budgets, cash flow, and financial models while serving as finance leader for the Australian legal entity. Manages local statutory reporting, audits, tax compliance, regulatory obligations, transfer pricing coordination, government grant reporting, and governance in partnership with global Finance and external advisors.

Provides executive and operational support to the VP of Quantum Architecture, Head of Business Operations, and Brisbane office. Responsibilities include complex calendar and international travel management, meeting preparation, minutes and action tracking, executive communications, leadership visits, cross-functional initiatives, office coordination, expense reports, and global stakeholder alignment. The role requires discretion, proactive prioritization, and coordination across Australia, the United States, Europe, and other time zones.
