Lead and improve end-to-end automation platform service delivery, ensuring reliability, security, and alignment with SLAs/OLAs. Support automation tools (Blue Prism, Knime, Retool), Azure services, GitOps adoption, incident/crisis management, vendor and service level management, testing, documentation, and cross-functional platform projects using ITIL and SRE best practices.

Execute inventory, requirements, production and material planning; set SKU-level inventory targets; deliver KPIs (fill rate, inventory, cost); coordinate replenishment with operations and logistics; identify and escalate supply risks; manage supply-chain projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
