Lead end-to-end delivery of AV/data/electrical integration projects: plan, execute, supervise on-site integration teams, manage schedules, resources and documentation, liaise with customers and contractors, ensure deadlines, budgets and WHS compliance, and deliver high-quality AV solutions.

Lead and participate in installation of audio-visual systems on construction and client sites, delegate tasks, ensure WHS compliance and quality standards, and see projects through to completion.

Lead design and specification of high-level AV solutions, produce tenders/BOMs, liaise with clients and consultants, support sales-to-delivery handovers, evaluate emerging technologies, maintain design standards, ensure WHS compliance, and mentor junior engineers.
