Support real-time operational technology for a public transport operator: triage incidents, pull and query GPS/radio/log data, diagnose issues, produce clear reports, maintain incident documentation, liaise with stakeholders and developers to improve tooling and network performance. Hybrid role embedded with client, focused on timely, actionable operational insights.

Lead architecture and delivery across multiple client projects, working hands-on in code, integrations and cloud platforms. Scope work, manage uncertainty, mentor mid/junior engineers through pairing and code review, contribute to proposals and technical strategy, and apply AI tooling to improve outcomes.

The Senior Developer will refine the Sweep app's front end, collaborating with the product team to enhance UI, performance, and accessibility while ensuring high-quality code delivery.
