Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Customer Experience, Support, and Marketing in Australia while acting as the local HR point of contact. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding, performance management, compliance with Australian employment and visa rules, and maintaining HR/ATS data and people & culture initiatives.
