Owns compensation and benefits strategy, including salary benchmarking, incentive and commission plans, job architecture, benefits, reward programs, pay governance, equity reviews, and executive reporting. Partners with senior leaders, Finance, and People & Culture to ensure competitive, equitable, compliant, and commercially sustainable rewards. Provides remuneration analytics, workforce insights, and subject-matter expertise while supporting career frameworks and employee value proposition initiatives.

Lead the end-to-end migration of SharePoint Online and OneDrive content between Microsoft 365 tenants. Develop migration strategy, waves, cutover and rollback plans; manage content restructuring, permissions, governance, dependencies and automation. Use ShareGate, AvePoint and PowerShell to execute and report on migrations, troubleshoot issues, coordinate technical resources and stakeholders, and oversee validation, documentation and operational handover.

Lead an enterprise Microsoft Intune tenant-to-tenant migration, transition SCCM workloads to Intune, and deliver endpoint management capabilities across Windows and mobile devices. Responsibilities include migration planning, deployment waves, cutover and rollback, compliance policies, security settings, application deployments, Autopilot provisioning, SOE rollout, Entra ID and Conditional Access integration, automation, troubleshooting, and technical leadership.
