The Business Manager will drive commercial and financial performance in APAC, partnering with leadership, managing pricing, and providing financial analysis and insights.

Provide legal advice on major commercial and infrastructure projects, focusing on regulatory compliance, contract administration, dispute avoidance and resolution, and project strategy. Support contentious and non-contentious matters, work with senior lawyers on complex cases, and build client relationships across Australia and APAC.

The role involves advising on technology-driven commercial work, focusing on technology transactions, IP matters, and supporting clients in regulatory frameworks and business transformations.
