Supports pharmaceutical quality systems, audits, inspections, risk management, product release, deviation investigations, corrective actions, and GMP/GDP supplier oversight across Australia and New Zealand. Coordinates training, change management, quality monitoring, compliance activities, and improvement projects while partnering with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliant product supply and promote continuous improvement.

Conduct laboratory audits, ensure pharmaceutical regulatory compliance, maintain laboratory equipment and facilities, verify and calibrate instruments, manage quality-system procedures and building-management alarms, and lead continuous improvement initiatives within drug product manufacturing. The role also supports chemical and physical sample analyses and recommends corrective actions for identified discrepancies.

Lead and develop a team of Medical Affairs Scientists to deliver field medical strategy across therapy areas. Provide field coaching, manage performance via dashboards and KPIs, produce analytics and leadership reporting, ensure compliance with policies, and support Medical Affairs initiatives and cross-functional engagement.
