Maintain and optimise PEXA’s cloud database platforms for security, availability and scale. Troubleshoot performance, tune queries, build backup and disaster recovery, automate operations with scripting and IaC, support deployments and CI/CD, and collaborate with engineering and platform teams to improve resilience and reliability.

Provide AML-focused customer onboarding and support via phone, email and online. Manage AML casework end-to-end, prioritise queues to meet SLAs, collaborate with Risk, Technology and CX, resolve complex enquiries, and identify process improvements to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality customer outcomes.

The Principal Engineer will lead technical direction, mentor teams, ensure scalable solutions, and align product with business goals at PEXA.
