Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns for individuals and complex entities, including companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs. Develop tax planning strategies, support business performance and wealth engagements, and coordinate with managers and partners. Supervise, coach, and delegate work to junior staff while managing engagement tasks, communicating clearly with clients, and providing accurate advice on tax matters including Division 7A, GST, and FBT.

Partner with advisers to prepare high-quality Statements of Advice and Records of Advice, perform financial modelling and cash flow analysis, meet productivity and quality targets, support risk and compliance, and identify process improvements to deliver tailored investment and advice strategies for clients.

Support month-end accounting and reporting, prepare general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations, administer trust accounts to APES 310 standards, assist management reporting, handle accounts payable queries, and contribute to finance process, systems and control improvements.

Lead and grow Priority Life's risk advice business by managing advisers, protecting and expanding the insurance book, overseeing underwriting and claims, building referral and client relationships, and supporting strategic decisions and operations.
