Support PERGOLUX’s Germany-wide showroom expansion by researching markets and locations, speaking with brokers and operators, building commercial business cases, creating decision scorecards, and developing dashboards, automations, workflows, and AI-enabled tools. The intern will analyze early showroom results, capture lessons, and help create a scalable expansion playbook. The role combines research, commercial analysis, relationship-building, process design, and hands-on execution in German and English, with travel across Germany.

Own end-to-end launches and product upgrades across global markets. Coordinate Product Development, suppliers, Supply Chain, Ecommerce, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and country teams to achieve launch readiness. Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, quality gates, documentation, inventory, Shopify setup, training, testing, and go/no-go decisions. Improve launch processes through retrospectives, risk tracking, SKU transitions, and installation manual quality improvements.

Own global eCommerce storefront initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization. Define product scope, requirements, metrics, and UX solutions; conduct research and usability testing; create wireframes, prototypes, copy drafts, and specifications; coordinate development delivery, QA, releases, and rollbacks; and use analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation to improve conversion and storefront performance.
