The Account Executive drives sales by managing pipelines, conducting demos, navigating multi-stakeholder deals, and building relationships with nonprofits and churches.

Lead and build Overflow's end-to-end Operations function: establish strategic operating rhythms, own Payment and Tap Operations, run SOC 2 program, scope and prioritize internal tooling (with engineering support), champion AI adoption, and provide cross-functional operational leadership and reporting.

Design and build end-to-end Product-Led Growth features including self-service onboarding, subscription upgrades, and optimized checkout flows. Own full-stack implementations from database schema and REST API design to responsive React/TypeScript frontends. Write well-tested code, run experiments (A/B tests), mentor junior engineers, and participate in on-call rotations while improving architecture and scalability.
