Own the HubSpot CRM and underlying data model supporting Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Customer teams. Build trusted forecasts, automate cross-functional handoffs, identify stalled deals, convert product usage into renewal and expansion signals, evaluate the go-to-market technology stack, and support new-market sizing. The role requires hands-on CRM design, automation and API fluency, data modeling, forecasting, and a track record of reducing manual work.

Own revenue retention for a portfolio of SMB customers by monitoring account health and usage data, identifying risks, leading recovery plans, supporting renewals, and driving product adoption. Train customer staff and contractors through webinars and onsite visits, collaborate with Customer Success, Territory, Onboarding, and Support teams, and communicate customer feedback internally.

Own Onside’s B2B content pipeline from editorial planning through publication. Develop customer stories, case studies, and co-branded content for agricultural audiences; brief and manage agencies and freelancers; ensure accuracy and credibility; use performance data to improve distribution and content decisions; and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Territory, and Customer teams to connect content to pipeline growth.
