Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth, family office and smaller corporate VIP clients in Australia. Drive onboarding, retention and revenue through AUM strategy, partnerships, proactive account management, client relationship-building, and collaboration with leadership and operations to ensure excellent client experience.

Build and manage a pipeline of affiliates and partners for OKX, negotiate commercial terms and contracts, develop and optimize affiliate campaigns, and improve affiliate performance through data-driven analysis and reporting.

Own and grow OKX's HFT/proprietary trading relationships in Australia by sourcing and managing trader accounts end-to-end, negotiating commercial terms, coordinating onboarding (KYC/legal), supporting technical integrations (API/FIX/colocation), gathering product feedback, representing OKX at industry events, and upselling existing accounts.
