Owns end-to-end Australian tax compliance for individuals, sole traders, companies, and trusts. Responsibilities include preparing tax returns, financial statements, EOFY workpapers and adjustments, reviewing bookkeeping, reconciling accounting profit to taxable income, managing company tax and franking accounts, investigating balance sheet issues, and reviewing and mentoring junior accountants.

Coordinate multiple media content release tracks, maintain production schedules and databases, verify studio deliveries and file standards, manage production communications and escalations, organize server storage, and plan upcoming release cycles. The role also involves vendor coordination, shared inbox management, proactive issue tracking, and training new team members in a remote international production environment.

Own architectural delivery for industrial and commercial projects from Design Development through Construction Documentation. Produce detailed Revit documentation, coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, civil, and fire consultants, identify clashes and technical risks, manage deadlines across concurrent projects, and escalate unresolved issues. The role requires strong Australian project experience, industrial project expertise, knowledge of NCC 2022 and AS 1428.1, and independent documentation capability.
